The city of saints

Grahamstown in the Eastern Cape of South Africa and is home to Rhodes University. It has a turbulent past in the middle of frontier country and has more forts than the rest of the country combined. Every year, artists, actors, comedians and musicians gather in Grahamstown for the Grahamstown National Arts Festival. People from all over the world come to see the entertainment and arts on offer by South Africans. Many outdoor activities are available such as fly fishing, mountain climbing, abseiling, camping, etc. When visiting Grahamstown, make sure that you find the oldest post office box in the country.
